FAQ
Le règlement de la consultation et des éventuels vaccins se fait le jour même, à la fin de la consultation.
Nous acceptons les paiements par Twint ou carte bancaire. Les paiements en espèces ne sont pas acceptés.
Cela dépend de votre assurance. La facture est émise à votre nom et n’est pas transmise directement à votre caisse maladie.
Après le paiement, vous recevez une quittance détaillée mentionnant les prestations effectuées, que vous pouvez ensuite envoyer à votre assurance de base ou complémentaire.
Cela varie selon le type de vaccin et votre assurance :
- Vaccins uniquement destinés au voyage : non remboursés par l’assurance de base, parfois partiellement couverts par l’assurance complémentaire.
- Vaccins également recommandés en Suisse : souvent remboursés par l’assurance de base.
Comme pour la consultation, vous réglez les vaccins le jour même, puis transmettez la facture à votre assurance.
Oui, bien sûr.
- Si vous avez pris rendez-vous via notre site, des boutons pour annuler ou déplacer sont présents en bas de votre e-mail de confirmation.
- Si vous avez réservé via OneDoc, vous pouvez modifier ou annuler le rendez-vous directement sur la plateforme.
Les annulations doivent être faites au moins 24h à l’avance. Sinon, des frais de 50 CHF sont facturés.
Oui. La téléconsultation est idéale si vous n’êtes pas certain d’avoir besoin de vaccins.
Si des vaccins sont nécessaires, un simple passage au cabinet est planifié pour les recevoir sans consultation supplémentaire.
La téléconsultation se fait via une plateforme sécurisée. Vous recevrez un lien par e-mail ou WhatsApp officiel avant le rendez-vous.
Nous discutons de votre itinéraire, de vos activités, et consultons ensemble des cartes de risque via un partage d’écran.
Une facture électronique vous est ensuite envoyée par e-mail.
Toute demande de vaccination nécessite une consultation, même courte. Elle est indispensable pour :
- Vérifier l’absence de contre-indications,
- Évaluer le bon moment pour l’administration,
- Fournir les explications nécessaires sur les effets secondaires et les précautions à suivre.
Les consultations sont assurées soit par un médecin, soit par un·e infirmier·e spécialisé·e en médecine des voyages.
Le tarif est identique pour tous les patients, quelle que soit la personne consultée.

Nurse, MPH
Nurse graduated from HESAV (Haute École de Santé Vaud), holds a Master in Public Health with a specialization in Prevention and Health Promotion from the University of Lorraine. She has extensive experience in maternity, emergency and intensive care services. In addition, she worked as a project manager at the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute in Rwanda, where she managed a complex community digital health project. Her background in public health, combined with her clinical experience, makes her perfectly suited to advise travelers on health risks, vaccination requirements and prevention strategies adapted to their destinations.
Ludovico Cobuccio
Dr. Méd., DTMH, CTH
Specialist in Internal Medicine and Infectiology, FMH member. Holder of a Diploma in Tropical Medicine and Hygiene from the University of Glasgow and a Certificate in Travel Health from the International Society of Travel Medicine. Former Attending Physician at the Travel Medicine and Vaccination Center of Lausanne (Unisanté), and former senior physician in charge of infectious disease surveillance and epidemic response at the Cantonal Doctor Office, Canton of Vaud. Currently serving as a consultant for staff at Terre des Hommes and Attending Physician in Infectious Diseases at the Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV).
