Traveldoctor.ch uses OneDoc and Calendly for online appointment scheduling. The data entered during the booking process may be stored on the servers of these providers, who act as data processors in accordance with the standards of the GDPR and the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (FADP).

Data Storage Location

• Medical data (anamnesis, health history, vaccination records, etc.) is stored exclusively in Switzerland or in the European Union, in countries applying equivalent protection standards to those required by the FADP and GDPR. It is never stored outside the European Union.
• Non-medical personal data (name, first name, email, phone number, etc.) may be stored on servers located outside the European Union, particularly through certain tools such as Calendly. Traveldoctor.ch ensures that these providers implement adequate security and compliance measures.
