Liability
The information published on the website is for informational purposes only and does not in any way replace a personalized medical consultation. Dr. Cobuccio cannot be held liable for the use of this information or for any potential errors.
Payment and Reminder Fees
Payment for consultations must be made immediately after the service, either:
- on-site by card or TWINT for in-person consultations,
- online, following the teleconsultation, using the accepted payment methods.
In case of non-immediate payment:
- An invoice will be sent with a 10-day payment deadline.
- After this period, a reminder will be sent free of charge.
- If payment is not received within 7 days of this reminder, a flat administrative fee of CHF 50.– will be charged.
- Late interest of 5% per year may be applied from the initial due date (Art. 104 CO).
- In the event of continued non-payment, a debt collection procedure may be initiated. The costs related to this procedure will be borne by the patient.
